Year Two and Year Five have a new project - Forest School!
We have been getting outdoors in our welly boots and cosy coats to learn all about our local environment!
Great listening and general knowledge - and great fun too!

Dromara's Got Talent!
For our November Talking and Listening activity the Year Two pupils (and staff!) took part in a class talent show!
There was a wide variety of talent on show with every pupil taking to our carpet 'stage' to showcase their skills - Singing, Dancing, Press ups, Counting, Jokes, Magic tricks and more. The pupils all clapped and cheered for their friends and some declared it 'the best day ever' as they took home their certificates for being so brave.

Congratulations to our Hallowe'en Hamper winners and thank you to everyone who brought in treats to add to our hampers - what a fun and spooky selection!
Splendid Spider craft!
The Year Two pupils enjoyed making their splendid spider hats with extra springy legs and lots and lots of eyes!
PTA Halloween Party
Coming up to half term the pupils had the opportunity to come together to play some fun and spooky games at our annual Halloween party. Plenty of tricks and lots of treats and such amazing costumes!
We love our pets!
We've been learning all about animals, and in particular about pets and how to look after them.
For our second class Talking and Listening activity the Year Two pupils were able to tell all of their friends about their pets (or pets they would love to have some day!) Great preparation and growing confidence from all!

Crafty kids!
We've been working on our fine motor skills through lots of cutting and colouring activities!
Fantastic cutting out on our cone pets! Well done!
Remember when using scissors: "Thumb in the thumb hole, fingers go together, point your thumb up to the sky and your cutting will get even better!"
