DWe usually hold an information session during December for prospective parents where there is an opportunity to view the school, meet staff and receive information. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to have visitors to school at this time.
We trust our Prospectus and website will provide you with any information required. We have also uploaded a 'virtual tour' which can be accessed at the above link.
Applications for admission to Year 1 in September 2021 are made via the Education Authority website, www.eani.org.uk. The application Portal opens at 12 noon on Thursday 7th January and closes at 12 noon on Friday 29th January. Any applications after this time will be treated as 'late' applications, even if you already have a child attending Dromara Primary School.
After submitting an application on the Portal, the parent will receive a confirmation email. Within 3 days the parent will then receive another email with a unique link where they can securely upload their child’s birth certificate and any other supporting documents required by the schools to which they have applied. Dromara Primary only requires your child's birth certificate at this time.
We trust this information is helpful. However, if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Office hours are 9 am - 12.45 pm.
